Does it work on iPhone and Android?+
Yes. reTrek has apps for both, on the App Store and Google Play.
How do they use the gift?+
They scan the QR code on the card (or tap the link if you send it digitally), enter their email and confirm it. Then they sign in to the reTrek app with that email, and PRO is waiting for them.
What if they already use reTrek?+
If they're on the free plan, the gift unlocks PRO for a year. If they already pay for PRO through the App Store or Google Play, they can claim the gift once their existing subscription ends.
When does their year start?+
When they activate the gift, not when you buy it. Buying early for a birthday or Christmas is fine.
Is there a deadline to claim it?+
Yes, and it's printed on the card: 31 December, two years after the year you buy it. Buy today and they can claim it until 31 Dec 2028.
Will I be charged again?+
No. It's a one-time payment for 12 months. Nothing renews.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes, within 60 days of buying it, as long as the gift hasn't been activated yet. Write to us from the email you paid with.
