What changes the time
Pace, directly. Time is distance divided by speed, so a brisk walk at 6 km/h takes about a sixth less time than a normal one at 5 km/h.
Hills and rough ground. The calculator is for level ground. Uphill, on trails or in snow, the same distance takes longer.
Stops. Crossings, views and coffee are not in the numbers. On a long walk, add time for them.
